Shipping Rates

Domestic (India): FREE shipping on all orders!
International: FREE shipping on all orders worldwide!

All shipping details are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

India (Domestic):

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

International: 7-14 business days (depending on customs clearance)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Order Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. During sale periods, processing may take 2-3 business days due to high order volume. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day (Monday-Saturday).

The courier partner is selected based on your location for the fastest and most reliable delivery.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures.
  • Some remote international locations may not be serviceable.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email with real-time updates. You can also:

  • Log into your account and view "My Orders"
  • Contact support at support@momandzoey.com

If you haven't received tracking info within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is home during delivery:

  • 1st Attempt: Courier leaves a notification and reattempts delivery.
  • 2nd Attempt: Another attempt the next business day.
  • 3rd Attempt: Package may be held at the local courier facility for pickup.

You can contact the courier directly using your tracking number to arrange a convenient time.

Address Changes

Address changes are possible only if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Email support@momandzoey.com with your order number and new address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Express / Same-Day Delivery

Currently not available. All orders follow standard shipping timelines.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials:

  • Recycled and biodegradable packaging
  • Minimal plastic use
  • Secure wrapping to prevent transit damage
  • Branded, gift-ready packaging

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged.
  2. Take photos of the damaged package/items.
  3. Contact us at support@momandzoey.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund within 7-10 business days after verification.
